1. How do I contact you?

Please see the details on the 'Contact Us' page. The best way to get in touch is via e-mail or by telephone.

2. Can I request different colours of yarn/materials for my kit?

Yes, please contact us as described above and, if it is possible, we will be happy to accomodate any specific requests.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders are processed as quickly as possible so if you want to change or cancel an order please e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. If the item(s) have already been dispatched you will need to follow the returns procedure as detailed in the 'Returns Policy' page.

4. How will my order be shipped?

By Royal Mail, 1st Class for UK deliveries and Royal Mail Air Mail for all overseas. Where your order contains pattern leaflets only you can also choose to receive the item(s) in PDF format via E-mail. Simply choose the appropriate delivery method at checkout.

      5. When will my order be dispatched?

Provided the item(s) are in stock we endeavour to dispatch within 3 working days. Where part of the order is out of stock the item(s) in stock will be dispatched and the remainder of the order will be sent as soon as it is available (at no additional charge)

6. When will you charge me for my order?

You will be charged for your order when you checkout.

7. What payment methods do you accept?


Payment is via PayPal gateway. You don't need a PayPal account as you can pay as a PayPal guest using any of the major Credit/Debit cards. Alternatively you can send a cheque but cleared funds are required before the order is dispatched and therefore this method will take a little longer.
